At Stanbra Powell Lettings and Management we believe communication with our Landlords is the key to a successful relationship. Our fees –
Non-managed Properties - £540 inclusive of VAT
Managed properties – 12.5% inclusive of VAT of the monthly rental plus an initial set up fee of £240 inclusive of VAT.
Holding Deposit – This will be restricted to £100.00 (This will be part of the balance due when the lease is signed)
One taken, Stanbra Powell have 15 days to make a decision. If the tenancy does not go ahead (other than for a reason detailed below) the holding deposit will be repaid in full within 7 days.
